If your elopement or intimate wedding has expanded to a larger guest count, and is too big for our Elopement Packages, never fear, we still have the perfect package for you β The Micro Wedding.
A micro wedding is an intimate affair, typically with no more than 50 guests. They still feature time-honoured traditions that make a wedding but on a much smaller scale.
Our all-inclusive pricing includes all the items listed in the package below, some of which are optional. If you do not require some or all of the optional items, they are deductible from the package pricing.
*All venue bookings will require a separate contract with the venue and associated costs be payable directly to the venue.Β
What’s Included?
- Full-service wedding planning including unlimited email, scheduled phone calls and meetings.
- Wedding Planners: Sea to Sky Celebrations on your wedding day from the time we deliver your flowers until we leave you to celebrate with each other at your intimate dinner.*
- DΓ©cor Package: Full dΓ©cor package for the Ceremony and Dinner which includes all floral requirements, graphic design, print work & dΓ©cor of your choice. See our All-Inclusive DΓ©cor Packages for more info.
- Venue Booking: Arranging the venue booking for the ceremony and reception dinner.*
- Ceremony Officiant: A Celebrant to perform your custom wedding ceremony and marriage legalization.
- 4 hours (or 5 hours if larger guest amount) of Professional Photography with our Principal Photographer or one of our preferred photographers + a fully edited, downloadable gallery sent to you and that you can share.
- 4 hours of Professional Videography with one of our preferred videographers + edited video. Optional
- Ensuite hair and Makeup for the Bride(s) including a hair and makeup consultation. In-person trial available upon request and additional costs associated will be paid to the stylist directly.
- Bridal Bouquet(s) for the Bride(s) and a Boutonniere(s) for the Groom(s).
- Pre-wedding day meeting / Rehearsal with your Celebrant And planner + an escort to get your marriage license.
- We provide and setup a complimentary speaker system if desired.
- Professional DJ for your ceremony and reception. We can recommend to you a list of our past clientsβ favourite DJs that will suite the ambience of your wedding. Add on for 20-30 guests and Optional for 30-40 guests.
- Pre-wedding day consultation, timeline review and escort to get your marriage license.

This package may be customized with the removal of items above listed as optional only OR add-ons may be added to the package. Add-ons may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Additional guests – pricing will be provided upon request and is dependent on the number of guests and helicopters required.
- Additional hours of photography and videography
